E-consult & Administrative Queries

We are receiving an unusually high number of Clinical/Appointment requests via our surgery email. We kindly request that you DO NOT use this route for purposes other than adminstrative queries such as access to medical notes, FOI requests, copies of notes etc.

To avoid waiting on the phone, if you have a non-urgent medical query you can now use E-consult. If you use E-consult please be sure to enter a correct mobile number and that you keep your mobile phone to hand as the GP may need to contact you to discuss your query further. Following clinical triage we may allocate you an appointment up to 2 weeks in advance of your E-consultation. We request that patients do not use E-consult for Administrative queries, please contact the practice via Knoll.surgery@nhs.net instead.
